AquaX is the fastest growing personal watercraft championship in the world. Its rapid growth is owed to a simple, yet challenging race format that appeals to todays personal watercraft users.
This year the program will include the unveiling of a professional level race series and expansion of two further championships in the Great Lakes region of the USA and in Southeast Asia.

The support we receive from Yamaha is outstanding. The equipment they supply allows us to stage safe events for our competitors and their financial support helps us deliver world class events such as Daytona and St. Petersburg. I am delighted and proud to have Yamaha on board once again.

Yamaha, a longtime partner of the P1 AquaX endurance series, has announced that it will be continuing its partnership for the 2022 race season. The renewal marks a seven-year relationship in the United States, which began with the launch of the AquaX series in 2013.
P1 USA Championship Manager, Michelle Petro said: “The support we receive from Yamaha is outstanding. The equipment they supply allows us to stage safe events for our competitors and their financial support helps us deliver world class events such as Daytona and St. Petersburg. I am delighted and proud to have Yamaha on board once again.”
“AquaX continues to deliver well-organized, world class events and it is easy to get behind a race promoter like P1,” commented Yamaha’s Bryce Parker. “We look forward to a successful 2022 season.”
Yamaha dominated the AquaX enduro series this year with newly-signed rider Erminio Iantosca taking top spot in the championship, edging out Chris Macclugage and Tory Snyder by just five points.
Yamaha released its first Waverunner in 1986 and was one of the first sit-down personal watercraft produced. Since then, the Yamaha Waverunner has been a staple in the PWC world and is a popular watercraft amongst enthusiasts.
